4. Disclaimer Regarding Tourist Rentals
SpainLets.com does not permit the listing or renting of properties for short-term tourist rentals, as defined by periods of less than 10 days. The User expressly acknowledges that this website does not facilitate rentals for holiday stays, and any attempt to arrange such rentals through the platform is strictly prohibited. 5. Legal Framework for Rentals

9. Compliance with Local Laws
